Hey babe! Before you book, here’s the quick rundown:

Cancellations

Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel, just let me know ASAP so I can try to fill your spot.

Rescheduling

If you cancel and want to rebook, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. It goes toward your total, but it can’t be refunded.

No-Call / No-Show

If you no-call no-show, or cancel more than 3 times, I won’t be able to take future appointments. My time matters — and so does yours.

Late Policy

Running late? Just message me!
More than 15 minutes late without communication will count as a no-call no-show.

Real-Talk Moment

This is my job and my livelihood. When appointments aren’t honored, someone else misses an opportunity, and I miss income. Please respect the time I set aside for you — I always respect yours.
