Hey Nail Girlies, I’m Sam — The artist behind the nails!
I started this business because ever since I was young I knew I wanted to be a business owner. I’ve always had a passion for creativity, connection, and sharing good laughs and good energy. What began as a small thought after a long day quickly turned into something I absolutely love doing every day.
I grew up in Lake Shore, just outside of Spanish Fork, where I spent most of my time at rodeos, playing sports, and working with my family. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, creativity, and finding joy in the little things — all of which I bring into my business today.
Outside of work, I’m all about the simple things in life. You can usually find me hanging out with my husband and dog, camping, and going to concerts. I believe in living every day to the fullest, and I try to bring that same mindset into the way I run my business and care for my clients.
I started Nails By Sam because I wanted to create a place where people could feel welcomed, inspired, and understood. Whether you’re a new or returning client, learning a new skill, looking for inspiration, or just trying to perfect your craft. I hope my little corner of the internet brings you something positive.

Nails by Sam
I graduated from my nail program in October 2024. I’ve always been a creative person, and nails quickly became my favorite way to express myself through art. There’s something so fun about transforming someone’s nails and helping them feel confident and pretty.
Since starting my journey, I’ve focused on building my skills, growing my clientele, and sharing my passion online. It hasn’t always been easy — there were times I felt challenged or unsure — but with the guidance of amazing mentors and the support of friends and family, I kept pushing forward. Every experience has taught me something new and strengthened my love for this craft.
I’m passionate about helping each client feel confident in their nails. From mastering the basics to taking specialized classes and learning from experienced nail techs, every step has shaped me into the nail artist I am today. I love creating sets that are not only beautiful but also healthy and long-lasting — and I can’t wait to share that with everyone who sits in my chair.
